WHY I BEGAN A FB GROUP AND WHAT IT HAS DONE FOR ME...
First let me start with, I didn't build it for me... I built it for you.
Yep, if you are in my group, I specifically targeted YOU. You and I have never met but I know the challenges I went through as a "New" Realtor in the business and I didn't want the same for other Realtors. It doesn't have to be this way.
I decided to build a safe place if a new agent has a question... ASK AWAY!
If a seasoned vet needs some revamping on their systems... ASK AWAY!
With no judgement... Not to say there haven't been a few people who don't have the same mentality. Do you want to know the good thing about this... Those who do not align with my ideals, my values and use the group for what it was intended for, I dismiss them quite easily. I wish them well however my group is not for them.
Do you want to know why this is important? Because I believe in my mission and vision for my business. If you want to build a Community, BUILD IT!
Someone out there needs you, they need what you have to offer... Someone in your town would love to have a go to reference they could easily access without trial and error, wasting time or missing out.
